Hyperbaric chambers are a considered purchase, so we don't sell them straight from the website. Every chamber is pre-ordered by email — it means you get the right model rather than the nearest guess, and nothing is charged until everything is agreed.

1. Email us at info@thethermolab.com with your ceiling height, available floor space, whether you'd prefer to sit or lie down, whether it's for home or a business, and roughly what budget you're working to.
2. We come back to you with the models that fit, full pricing, lead time and a UK delivery quote — all in writing.
3. You reserve your chamber with a pre-order deposit once you're happy. Your build slot is held from that point.
4. We keep you updated through the 30–45 day build, then agree a delivery date with you before dispatch.

No obligation at any stage before the deposit — plenty of people email us just to talk through whether a chamber suits their space.

Chambers are built to order with a typical lead time of 30–45 days from confirmed pre-order.

🇬🇧 UK mainland delivery is arranged on confirmation. Because of the size and weight of the concentrator and cooling units, delivery is booked on a two-person service with a delivery window agreed in advance.

Setup guidance is included, and our UK team is on hand by email for the life of the chamber.

1. Lay the chamber out on a flat, clear floor with at least 30cm clearance all round
2. Connect the air supply unit and oxygen concentrator, then power on
3. Enter the chamber, close the zip fully and secure the internal fastening
4. Start inflation and allow the chamber to reach your selected pressure
5. Fit the oxygen mask and breathe normally — equalise your ears as you would on a flight
6. Relax for 60–90 minutes, then begin the controlled depressurisation cycle
7. Exit once the chamber has fully depressurised, then deflate and pack down

Who should check with a doctor first. Speak to your GP before using a hyperbaric chamber if you are pregnant, have any lung condition (particularly emphysema or a history of collapsed lung), ear or sinus problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, claustrophobia, a fever, or any implanted device such as a pacemaker.

Using the chamber safely. Never use the chamber alone — always have someone nearby. Never take open flames, e-cigarettes, lighters, or oil, petroleum or alcohol-based products into an oxygen-enriched environment. Keep the chamber clear of heaters and direct sunlight, and follow the depressurisation cycle in full before exiting.

Regulatory note. Mild hyperbaric systems operating at or below 2.0 ATA using an oxygen concentrator (rather than stored pressurised gas) fall outside the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000. If you're operating the chamber commercially, normal UK health and safety duties still apply — we're happy to talk that through.
