Red 660nm is designed for surface-level exposure, while 850nm near-infrared reaches deeper and is commonly used when targeting muscles and joints.
It's the same dual-wavelength combination used across our larger infrared light range, packed into a compact, rechargeable panel.
10–20 minutes per area, 3–5 times a week. Hold the Mini approximately 5–15cm from your skin.
Consistent use is key. Use the included free stand for convenient hands-free sessions on your face, back or other targeted areas.
