How to use

Lay the blanket flat on a bed, sofa or floor mat and plug in. Set your level and let it warm for 10–15 minutes. Wear long sleeves, leggings and socks, or slip inside the cotton insert. Zip up and lie back for 30–45 minutes — start lower and shorter, then build up. Unzip, let it cool and wipe the inside with a damp cloth. Drink water before and after. Don't fold or store it while warm.

Care and cleaning

Wipe the blanket with a damp cloth between sessions. Never submerge it in water. The cotton insert machine washes at 30°C — a spare insert is available separately so one is always clean.

Sauna Blanket FAQ

Is the far-infrared safe?

Yes. Far-infrared at 5–14μm is the same wavelength your body emits naturally. Low-EMF construction. UKCA, CE and RoHS certified. Used in clinical recovery rooms across the UK for decades.

How often should I use it?

3–4 sessions a week of 30–45 minutes is the sweet spot.

Most customers report visible recovery and sleep improvements within two weeks.

When does it ship?

Free UK 1–2 working day delivery. Every order is dispatched from our Yorkshire warehouse.

You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.

How do I clean it?

The cotton insert is fully machine-washable at 30°C.

Wipe the blanket exterior with a damp cloth between sessions. Never submerge the blanket itself in water — the electronics are sealed but not immersion-rated.

Can pregnant or medical users use it?

Always consult your doctor first if you're pregnant, on blood pressure medication, or managing a heart condition.

The blanket is suitable for most adults, but heat therapy isn't suitable for everyone.

What's the warranty and returns policy?

3-year UK warranty. If anything fails, we replace it.

You also have a 30-day trial. Use it for a month and, if it's not for you, return it in accordance with our returns policy.
