How to use

3–4 sessions a week is the sweet spot. Build up gradually — don't go hot and long on day one.

  1. Preheat — plug in, set to your chosen level, let it warm for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Dress for it — long sleeves, leggings and socks to protect your skin and absorb sweat. Or slip inside the included Cotton Insert.
  3. Lie down and zip up — lay the blanket flat on a heat-safe surface (sofa, bed, floor mat), climb in, zip closed.
  4. 30–45 minutes — start with 30, build to 45 as your tolerance grows. Adjust temperature to comfort.
  5. Cool down and clean — unzip, let it cool, wipe the interior with a damp cloth. Hydrate before and after.
