How to use

Step 1 – Unpack

Remove the sauna tent, pole set, chair, steam generator, remote, and infrared light from the box.

Check that all parts are included and undamaged.

Step 2 – Assemble the Frame

Lay out all poles and connectors.

Build the frame by inserting each pole into its matching connector until the full structure is formed.

Step 3 – Attach the Sauna Tent

Place the sauna fabric over the assembled pole frame.

Pull it down evenly on all sides and secure any straps or fastenings.

Step 4 – Add the Chair

Position the included chair in the centre of the sauna.

Make sure it sits firmly and comfortably.

Step 5 – Install the Infrared Light

Locate the attachment point at the top of the sauna interior.

Secure the infrared LED light in place, facing downward for full-body coverage.

Connect the light cable to the control unit or power outlet (depending on your model).

Step 6 – Fill the Steamer

Open the steam generator lid and add clean water (never add essential oils directly inside).

Close the lid securely.

Step 7 – Connect & Power On

Attach the steam hose to the sauna tent port.

Use the remote to set your desired time, steam level, and infrared light function.

Step 8 – Enjoy Your Session

Sit inside, zip the sauna closed, and enjoy the combination of soothing steam and targeted infrared light therapy.

Recommended session: 15–30 minutes.

Step 9 – After Use & Folding Away

Turn off both the steam generator and infrared light.

Unplug from the wall.

Allow the sauna to cool and dry before packing away.

Disassemble the poles, fold the tent, and place everything back into the carry bag.

How easy is it to set up the 6ft Pro?

Pops up in 2 minutes — even at full 6ft height. No tools required. Add water to the 3L HyperSteam™ tank, attach the hose, plug in, set timer via the remote. You'll be steaming within 5 minutes of opening the carry bag.

How tall is it? Will I fit?

The 6ft Pro is 6ft of internal height — designed to fit users 6ft 4 and above comfortably. Stand, stretch, breathe. The 4ft Pop-Up version only fits you sat down — this one lets you move freely.

How long should each session be?

20–40 minutes is the sweet spot. The 1200W HyperSteam™ heats up faster than the smaller models, so you can run longer sessions without the steam thinning out. Always hydrate before and after.

Is it safe to use every day?

Yes. The steam generator is UKCA, CE, RoHS, FCC and NRTL certified with auto shut-off and overheat protection. Daily use is safe for most people. Don't use if pregnant, on blood pressure medication, or with a heart condition without your doctor's OK.

Can I add essential oils?

Yes — the included AromaSphere™ oil cup sits inside for aromatherapy sessions. Never add oils directly into the HyperSteam™ generator — that voids the warranty and can damage the unit.
