Step 1 – Unpack

Remove the sauna tent, pole set, chair, steam generator, remote, and infrared light from the box.

Check that all parts are included and undamaged.

Step 2 – Assemble the Frame

Lay out all poles and connectors.

Build the frame by inserting each pole into its matching connector until the full structure is formed.

Step 3 – Attach the Sauna Tent

Place the sauna fabric over the assembled pole frame.

Pull it down evenly on all sides and secure any straps or fastenings.

Step 4 – Add the Chair

Position the included chair in the centre of the sauna.

Make sure it sits firmly and comfortably.

Step 5 – Install the Infrared Light

Locate the attachment point at the top of the sauna interior.

Secure the infrared LED light in place, facing downward for full-body coverage.

Connect the light cable to the control unit or power outlet (depending on your model).

Step 6 – Fill the Steamer

Open the steam generator lid and add clean water (never add essential oils directly inside).

Close the lid securely.

Step 7 – Connect & Power On

Attach the steam hose to the sauna tent port.

Use the remote to set your desired time, steam level, and infrared light function.

Step 8 – Enjoy Your Session

Sit inside, zip the sauna closed, and enjoy the combination of soothing steam and targeted infrared light therapy.

Recommended session: 15–30 minutes.

Step 9 – After Use & Folding Away

Turn off both the steam generator and infrared light.

Unplug from the wall.

Allow the sauna to cool and dry before packing away.

Disassemble the poles, fold the tent, and place everything back into the carry bag.
