Fulfillment & Shipping Process: All orders are fulfilled by Amazon, ensuring reliable and efficient shipping. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and sent to Amazon for packing and shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on Amazon's standard rates.
Shipping Time: While shipping times can vary, we aim to have your Ice Bath arrive in just a few days. Here's a general breakdown of shipping times:
Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, typically 1-2 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and can vary based on your location, the time of year, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ThermoLab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: ThermoLab not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy: Currently, we only ship within the UK for Free. Outside of these areas will currently be charged a shipping free calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding international shipping.
