After: wipe the pouch dry before opening it, so no drips reach your phone.

Can I really use it inside the sauna?

That's what it's for. Seal your phone in, hang it on the lanyard and take it into your Pop-Up or 6FT Pro session. The clear front means you can keep an eye on your timer. Check your phone's own operating-temperature guidance, as every handset is different.

Is it waterproof?

The case carries an IPX8 marking. Seal it as shown in the supplied instructions, and the first time you use it, seal it empty and dip it in water to check it holds before trusting your phone to it.

Will my phone fit?

It fits most standard phones. Slide yours in to check it sits fully inside the clear window with the closure shut.

Can I use the touchscreen through it?

You can see the screen clearly through the front. How responsive the touchscreen is depends on your phone and whether the surface is dry, so set your timer and playlist before you seal it.
