Steam Sauna FAQs

Is this an infrared sauna?

No. ThermoLab saunas are steam-heated, not infrared-heated. However, they include an infrared LED light to combine steam therapy with the benefits of light therapy.

What are the benefits of steam therapy?

Steam helps with detoxification, circulation, stress relief, skin hydration, and relaxation.

What does the built-in infrared LED light do?

The LED light supports skin rejuvenation, collagen production, and overall wellness — enhancing the effects of steam.

How long should I use the sauna?

Beginners may start with 15–20 minutes per session, gradually working up to 30–40 minutes, 3–4 times per week. Always stay hydrated.

Can I use essential oils?

Yes, adding a few drops of essential oils creates a spa-like, personalized experience.

Steam Sauna FAQs

What is infrared light therapy?

The mask uses red, blue, yellow, and near-infrared light to address fine lines, acne, redness, pigmentation, and dullness, while boosting collagen for firmer skin.

What can I use it for?

Our panels are designed for energy, recovery, fat loss support, skin tightening, and overall wellness.

How often should I use it?

Start with 10–15 minutes per area, 3–5 times per week. Sessions can be increased based on your comfort and wellness goals.

Do I need goggles?

Our masks are designed with built-in eye protection. For comfort, simply close your eyes during use.

Is it safe for all skin types?

Yes. LED therapy is safe, non-invasive, and suitable for all skin types. If you’re using strong skincare actives (like retinol), start slowly and monitor your skin’s response.
