What's the difference between 660nm and 850nm?

660nm Red light works on the surface — skin, scalp, hair follicles, collagen. Use it 6–8 inches from the panel for 10 minutes.

850nm Near-Infrared penetrates 1.5 inches deeper — into muscle, joint, and connective tissue. Use it 12 inches from the panel for 15–20 minutes for recovery and pain relief.

Both wavelengths run at the same time on the 300W panel — so every session covers both skin and deep recovery.

How long until I see results?

Week 2: deeper sleep, reduced post-workout soreness, less stiffness.
