How to use

3 sessions a week is the sweet spot. Start at 15 minutes if you're new to steam, build up to 30 as your tolerance grows.

  1. Pop the tent open — place on a flat surface, let it spring into shape. 2 minutes, no tools.
  2. Place the chair inside, fit the 850nm infrared panel at the top, position floor mat.
  3. Fill the steam generator with clean water (never add essential oils into the generator).
  4. Connect the hose, plug in, set the timer via remote. 5-minute heat-up.
  5. Sit inside, zip closed, enjoy 15–30 minutes of steam + infrared. Hydrate after.
  6. Cool, wipe down with a soft cloth, fold into the carry bag. Slides under a bed.

How easy is it to set up?

Pops up in 2 minutes. No tools required. Add water to the steamer, attach the hose, plug in, set timer via the remote. The whole thing is designed so you can be steaming within 5 minutes of opening the carry bag.

Will it fit a taller person?

Yes. The AuraCore™ Pro is spaciously designed to fit users above 6ft (183cm) — most portable saunas crush anyone over 5ft 10. Plenty of headroom and leg room with the included foldable chair inside.

How long should each session be?

15–30 minutes is the sweet spot. Start at 15 if you're new to steam, build up to 30 as your tolerance grows. The remote sets the timer between 10 and 60 minutes. Always hydrate before and after.

Is it safe to use every day?

Yes. The steam generator is UKCA, CE, RoHS and FCC certified with auto shut-off and overheat protection. Daily use is safe for most people. Don't use if pregnant, on blood pressure medication, or with a heart condition without your doctor's OK.

Can I add essential oils?

Yes — there's a dedicated essential-oil cup for aromatherapy. Never add oils directly into the steam generator — that voids the warranty and can damage the unit.
