How to use

Step 1 – Unpack

Remove the sauna tent, chair, steam generator, remote, and infrared light from the box.
Check that all parts are included and undamaged.

Step 2 – Pop It Open

Place the folded sauna tent on a flat surface.
Allow it to pop open into its full shape (no tools required).

Step 3 – Add the Chair

Position the included chair in the centre of the sauna.
Make sure it sits firmly and comfortably.

Step 4 – Install the Infrared Light

Locate the attachment point at the top of the sauna interior.
Secure the infrared LED light in place, facing downward for full-body coverage.
Connect the light cable to the control unit or power outlet (depending on your model).

Step 5 – Fill the Steamer

Open the steam generator lid and add clean water (never add essential oils directly inside).
Close the lid securely.

Step 6 – Connect & Power On

Attach the steam hose to the sauna tent port.
Use the remote to set your desired time, steam level, and infrared light function.

Step 7 – Enjoy Your Session

Sit inside, zip the sauna closed, and enjoy thecombination of soothing steam and targeted infrared light therapy.
Recommended session: 15–30 minutes.

Step 8 – After Use & Folding Away

Turn off both the steam generator and infrared light.
Unplug from the wall.
Allow the sauna to cool and dry before folding away.
To store, fold the tent back into its compact carry bag.

Ok so through trial and error Ive got it spot on: level 12 heat for me, 3-4 times a week for 15 mins! Wonderful!I run between 30-40k a week and using this is lovely! Take everything off, less your underwear, leave you phone on a 15 minute alarm and switch off from the world!I dont sweat badly when working out but boy do i sweat in here!I keep mine up in my kitchen and take the carpet floor out to dry and air the “pod” out for 24 hours or so!Try it, you have nothing to lose!

So far so good. Sauna heats up nicely and am already feeling the benefit - my skin feels a lot cleaner and clearer. Seat could be a be more comfortable but in general I am happy with the purchase.
