Stand 15–30cm from the panel with bare skin facing it. Set the timer for 10–15 minutes. Don't look into the LEDs and wear the glasses. Closer covers one area; further back covers more of you.

Stands

At 7.5 kg this panel fits all three stands: the S Series Light Stand, the Floor Stand Pro and the Universal Panel Base. Email info@thethermolab.com to order one with your panel.
