850nm Near-Infrared reaches deeper into the body and is commonly used when targeting muscles and joints.
The Aura Pro 300W uses both wavelengths at the same time, so every session delivers both red and near-infrared light.
Results vary depending on what you're using your panel for and how consistently you use it.
Some people notice changes in how they feel after the first few weeks, while appearance-related changes to the skin or hair generally require more consistent, longer-term use.
Consistency matters most. Short, regular sessions are generally preferable to occasional long sessions.
Red and near-infrared light are non-invasive. Always follow the supplied instructions and recommended exposure distances and session times.
The included blackout goggles can be worn whenever the panel is positioned at eye level or whenever you find the light uncomfortable.
